Draft status and owner completion
This is draft release copy, not a final privacy policy. Before publication, the owner must supply a legal developer or seller name, a monitored privacy contact, an approved effective date, and a durable public HTTPS policy location. The owner must review signed builds, actual network traffic, hosting configuration, and bundled SDKs with qualified legal review.
Records you enter and where they are kept
MultiFlex Measure can hold locally entered project and site details, customer or site contact details, measurements, notes, sketches, photos, selected trade or material inputs, and report-branding records. The core workspace is designed to save on the current device through application storage, including AsyncStorage on native platforms, or in the current browser's local storage context on web. A MultiFlex Measure account is not needed for that core local workspace, and the current scope does not provide account-based cloud sync or remote backup.
That local design is not a promise that a final build collects no data. Optional starter authentication, runtime, or server paths and hosting may handle technical requests if configured. The owner must audit and disclose those paths, SDKs, and later services.
Optional camera, photo, and Bluetooth access
Camera and photo-picker access are user initiated for site photos. Bluetooth is optional for an eligible measuring tool; background Bluetooth is not configured. Declining a permission leaves manual measurement and the local workflow available, although the related capture or import action cannot complete until permission is granted. Device behavior still needs native-build verification.
Photos, exports, and sharing choices
When a photo is selected from a gallery, the original generally remains managed by the gallery or operating system. Native imports create an app-owned local project copy for annotation; browser behavior depends on browser storage. Reports and data exports can contain selected project or site details, contacts, measurements, notes, sketches, photos or photo references, trade or material information, and branding. Review an export before sharing it.
Choosing email, cloud storage, another app, or another recipient sends a copy outside MultiFlex Measure. That destination and recipient handle their copy under their own terms and practices. MultiFlex Measure does not control onward sharing or deletion of an already exported or shared copy.
Deletion, residual copies, and device controls
Deleting a project or photo removes its saved record from the local workspace. After the saved record change, the app attempts to clean up an app-owned native photo copy; residual files can remain if that cleanup fails, and native cleanup verification is still pending. Export files, originals in a gallery, browser downloads, and copies received by others may require separate removal.
Use the device operating system's app-data, file, gallery, and uninstall controls for local copies outside the workspace. In a browser, use that browser's site-data, download, and storage controls. Do not assume an encrypted-at-rest guarantee, a recovery service, or a retention period unless the owner separately verifies and publishes one.
Service scope, questions, and changes
No Retell service is deployed. This draft makes no age or unestablished retention promise. New accounts, cloud services, support tooling, or remote processing require updated policy and store disclosures before release.
Show a contact email only after the owner supplies and monitors it. Until then, this is self-service information, not a claim of a form, human chat, or response commitment.
